Stephen Nalley is an American Real Estate Executive, Entrepreneur, Veteran, Author and is the Founder & CEO of Allegiant Hotel Partner’s, which is a full service hospitality consulting firm that specializes in the asset management, property management, facilities management and the construction and renovations of full service hotel & resort assets.
Over the past 20 years, Stephen has participated in the ownership of over 100 hotel & resort assets and has asset managed over $2B in distressed real estate assets.
Prior to Stephen’s professional career, he served in the United States Army as a Light Infantry Squad Leader with the Army’s Elite 10th Mountain Division and the 2145th in the US Army Reserves.
Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Florida, Masters in Business Administration and Doctorate in Business Administration for the University of Atlanta, as well as, a Law Degree from the University of Washington School of Law.
Stephen is a Certified Hotel Administrator through the American Hotel & Lodging Association and is a Member of the Forbes Business Council, as well as, a Writer for the Entrepreneur Leadership Network

Managing Partner
Kent Hricko is a seasoned real estate executive with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having transacted more than $2 billion in real estate deals. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President for Allegiant Hotel Partners, Mr. Hricko has built a distinguished career in hospitality investments, acquisitions, and brokerage.
He began his career at CNL Hospitality Corp as a financial analyst, where he gained valuable experience underwriting hospitality assets. In 2002, he transitioned to Ocean Waters Development, overseeing the company’s investment activities, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. During his tenure at Ocean Waters, he successfully completed over 120 individual real estate transactions valued at more than $750 million, along with securing an additional $500 million in financing.
Following his time at Ocean Waters, Mr. Hricko co-founded Inner Circle Investments, which owned and managed 37 hotel assets throughout the southeastern United States. In 2012, he joined Marcus & Millichap, where he led the Orlando hotel brokerage division, further solidifying his reputation as a leader in hotel investment sales.
In 2019, he co-founded Guidance Hotel Group in partnership with Grizzard Commercial Real Estate. His vision was to provide clients with industry-leading marketing, cutting-edge technology, and expert advisory services to drive value in hotel acquisitions and dispositions.

Michael is a seasoned executive and industry leader with deep expertise in facilities management, commercial real estate, and large-scale operational strategy. As the founder of The Prism Group, he built one of the largest and most comprehensive facilities and property management firms in the United States, expanding operations across multiple states and serving some of the most recognized names in commercial real estate. Under his leadership, the company managed extensive portfolios, optimized costs, and implemented streamlined operational strategies for publicly traded real estate investment trusts (REITs) and Fortune 500 companies. He also worked closely with Vornado Realty Trust’s executive leadership to develop and execute one of the most extensive total facilities maintenance programs in the country, with strategies later influencing GGP, Brookfield, WeWork, and Sequoia Partners.
With extensive global real estate compliance experience, Michael has overseen multi-billion-dollar asset portfolios, ensuring adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley (SarBox) regulations and best practices in financial transparency and risk mitigation. His work with Forum Partners, a $10.5 billion pension fund advisory in London, involved optimizing operations and enhancing compliance across international assets. He collaborated closely with the Founder and CEO of Forum Partners, as well as the Director of North America, while also working directly with the CEO of Urban Retail, a subsidiary of Forum Partners, to manage risk across retail and mixed-use properties. Additionally, Michael has played a key role in catastrophic event response, including fire, water, and mold damage reconstruction.
Michael was instrumental in implementing Service Channel, a global work order management system, successfully deploying the technology across the shopping center industry to enhance operational oversight and efficiency. He also played a key role in negotiating and securing the launch of Cappellotto USA, bringing cutting-edge industrial cleaning and environmental equipment from Italy to North America. His ability to identify opportunities and build high-value partnerships has contributed to his long-standing reputation as an industry leader.
In addition to his extensive real estate and facilities management experience, Michael has held a Commodities Broker’s License, demonstrating his deep understanding of financial markets and investment strategies. His expertise extends into strategic deal-making, operational streamlining, and risk mitigation, making him a trusted advisor in high-value real estate and investment decisions.

Executive Chef & Partner
Richard Corbo is an acclaimed American Chef and Restaurateur whose career spans over two decades of culinary innovation and leadership. As the founder of RBC Hospitality Group, Richard has developed and operated a diverse portfolio of award-winning restaurant concepts that combine elevated cuisine with thoughtful hospitality.
Richard began his culinary journey while studying at Christian Brothers Academy and Rutgers University, later moving to Boston to refine his craft at Tremont 647, a pioneer in modern American cuisine. In 2002, he attended The Culinary Institute of Florence in Italy, followed by advanced pastry and pasta training in Brescia under Pierre Hermé, and worked in restaurant kitchens throughout Northern Italy, from Florence to Venice.
Returning to the United States, Richard quickly advanced through the ranks at iconic establishments including Union Square Café in New York and Restaurant Gary Danko in San Francisco. In 2007, he opened Ducca in San Francisco, where his modern interpretation of regional Italian cuisine earned three stars from The San Francisco Chronicle and recognition as one of its “Five Rising Star Chefs of 2008.” That same year, he was a James Beard Foundation semi-finalist for Rising Star Chef.
Richard went on to oversee multi-million-dollar operations as Chef de Cuisine at The Standard Bar & Grill NYC, and later joined Drew Nieporent as Executive Chef of Tribeca Grill, maintaining the restaurant’s world-class culinary standards and Grand Award-winning wine program.
In 2017, Richard launched RBC Hospitality Group and opened Bell Market in Holmdel, New Jersey — a reimagined food hall concept featuring five distinct quick-service restaurants: Corbo & Sons Pizzeria, Jozu, Broadfork Greens + Grains, Honeybell Bakery, and Yeeroz, along with a robust catering and events program. A second Bell Market opened in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, in 2025, expanding the brand’s national footprint.
In 2021, he introduced Corbo & Sons Osteria, an authentic Italian restaurant celebrating artisanal pasta, handcrafted pizza, and regional classics. Through his leadership at RBC and partnership with Allegiant Hotel Partners, Richard continues to redefine culinary operations within hospitality assets — combining creative excellence with disciplined execution to enhance guest experience and asset performance.

Sabrina Velazquez is a seasoned marketing executive with decades of experience in the digital marketing landscape. Now serving as a Strategic Marketing Executive for Allegiant Hotel Partners, she brings a distinguished career defined by innovation, leadership, and a deep understanding of brand elevation. As the founder of a successful marketing agency, she has shaped impactful marketing strategies for some of the world’s most recognizable organizations, including Celebrity Cruises, NBC, Formula 1, Univision, Telemundo, GoPro, and the NBA.
As a Miami native and expert in the multicultural market, she brings as additional layer of global perspective. Her creative eye and sales-focused approach, allows her to act as a plug and play Marketing Team in any organization with the skillset to support cross functional teams.
Throughout her career, she has established a reputation as a media expert with a comprehensive command of brand building and content strategy. Her expertise spans industries and includes specialization in social media, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and strategic market positioning. She has played a pivotal role in scaling global brands as well as emerging businesses, consistently delivering growth through thoughtful, data-driven creative strategy.
